TAXES & DUTIES
Please note that our prices do not include local taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other applicable charges that may be incurred upon delivery. These fees are the recipient's responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of your Viita order.
We kindly encourage you to check your country’s import policies before purchasing, as these charges are non-refundable, even if you choose to return or refuse your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
For sale items with a 20% or more discount or items purchased from our "Last Call" and "Sale" sections are final sales. This means that no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be accommodated.
We understand that buying underwear can be hard! We recommend that you consult our size guide to ensure you select the correct size. You can find the size chart on this page. Within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange your item for a different size or style. If you are considering a large order, we recommend starting with just one item to ensure you get the right size for you. These items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for an exchange. We’re unable to provide refunds on underwear.
Clothing items include leggings and bras. These items are eligible for exchange and refund within 30 days of delivery. However, these items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
